A beautiful solid brass and black metal mesh screen, it would look great in front of your open fireplace protecting your floor and furnishings and especially with a roaring fire flickering behind the screen!
It has 4 separate panels which are connected to each other by a solid brass rod secured with brass rounded bolts, there are two handles on the end panels and the whole screen folds for easy movement and for storage.

Victorian Brass 1920's Peacock Fan Folding Fire Screen
Stunning 1920's Peacock Fan folding fire screen, really interesting in the delicate way it opens and closes for storage!
It 's condition is good but has the side latch missing that holds the fan back when closed, however it still does manage to stay closed when needed as you will see from the photos.
